2. Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, natural materials or production batches. Measurements identified as approximate may have small manufacturing variations.

Please check the product description and dimensions before ordering, particularly for large items that must fit through doors, hallways or staircases. Contact us before purchase if you need help confirming a product’s suitability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you. We will not substitute another product without your agreement. If we cannot supply the item, we will refund the amount paid for it.

Nothing in this section affects your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

3. Orders and Payment

Please check your products, quantities, delivery address and contact details before placing an order. You must be at least 18 years old to order through our website.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. If we cannot accept or fulfil your order because of availability, an obvious pricing error, a payment problem or another genuine issue, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected items.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The total price, including the applicable delivery charge, is shown before you pay. Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout. Your order will be processed after successful payment.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains delivery charges, the subscriber rate, estimated delivery times, tracking and delivery arrangements.

Our current estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days from placing an order. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and tell us about any access restrictions relevant to your order. If your order is delayed or does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate. Where we arrange delivery, the goods remain our responsibility during transit until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession of them.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellations, our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind returns offer, return shipping costs, faulty goods and refunds.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers arrange and pay for return shipping. Where goods are faulty or we have made an error, we will meet our obligations under UK consumer law. Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.

Our voluntary returns offer does not limit your statutory rights.

6. Subscriber and Trade Offers

Customers who subscribe to our emails receive the £18.99 UK delivery rate instead of the £23.99 standard rate, saving £5 per order. The applicable rate must be displayed at checkout before payment. If you have subscribed but do not see it, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Trade customers receive an additional 15% off product prices. Please contact us to arrange your trade discount before ordering. The discount applicable to your order will be confirmed and shown before payment. Delivery charges are stated separately at checkout.

Other promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with each offer. We will show the price and any applicable discount before you pay.

7. Product Care and Installation

Please follow any care, safety and installation instructions supplied with a product. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for a particular location or use, contact us before ordering or installing it.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation where the law allows us to limit that responsibility. This does not affect your rights concerning goods that were faulty or not as described when supplied.

8. Website Content and Privacy

Website text, images, logos and other content belong to Italian City Exclusive Furniture Ltd or are used with permission. You may use the website for ordinary shopping but must not copy its content for commercial use without permission or interfere with its operation or security.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Subscribing to marketing emails is voluntary, and you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.

9. Our Responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Questions and Complaints

If you have a question or complaint about an order, email support@thebritishmanor.co.uk or call 0333 880 6753. Please include your order number where possible.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future orders. We will publish changes on our website with a new “last updated” date. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any applicable right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
